Scott Campbell

Attorney

Scott Campbell has been a trial attorney for more than 32 years. He provides extensive trial experience to the team of attorneys at the Campbell Law Firm. Scott graduated from Whitworth College and then attended Seattle University Law School. He began his practice in Montesano, Washington  where he represented people accused of crimes in many different situations. He also helped families facing complex problems.

As the years passed, his practice grew, and he formed the Campbell Law Firm and focused on the representation of injured individuals. He has had great success taking on insurance companies and other big businesses that have caused harm to regular people. He's achieved excellent results, from settlements of a 4.4 million-dollar case for a victim injured by the negligent actions of the State of Washington, to numerous other high value settlements and verdicts in hard fought cases.

Scott comes from a family of attorneys and jurists, including his great-uncle who was appointed by Theodore Rosevelt as judge for the United States District Court in the Eastern District of Oklahoma. His grandfather was an assistant attorney general in the State of California.

He enjoys serving as a Judge Pro Tem in the Grays Harbor District Courts, and Court Commissioner and Arbitrator for the Grays Harbor County Superior Court.
