Chelsea Raines

Chelsea joined the Campbell Law Firm in 2021. She solves complex and challenging legal problems with experience fighting for injured people. Her practice also includes representing parties in divorces, legal separations, child custody actions, child support cases, and all other issues related to divorce, parenting, and children. Chelsea takes the time to truly involve the client and incorporate their goals, concerns, values, and feedback. It is important to her that she manages the relationship transparently so that her clients see how the case is progressing at every step of the process.
She was born and raised in the South Puget Sound region. She earned her undergraduate degree with a focus in Political Science from the Evergreen State College. After graduating, Chelsea attended the Seattle University School of Law, where she earned her J.D. in 2017.
Chelsea is an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice. She currently serves as Secretary of the Grays Harbor County Bar Association and is also a member of the Thurston County Bar Association.
